The story behind this design
Taking the scooter away leaves the figure to carry the drawing on stance alone, and the stance chosen is a wary one, weight back, robes gathered. Gold is the odd colour in the set and the most interesting: it drops the Halloween association almost entirely and turns the figure into something closer to an illustration from a folk tale. Orange puts it straight back where it started.
