The story behind this design
Each bloom is only a few millimetres across in the print, with two or three petals suggested rather than fully drawn, so the pattern reads as a warm speckle before it resolves into flowers. The cream ground carries most of the visual weight, which keeps the dress in neutral territory despite being a floral. Because the motifs are so small, the print survives the curve of the flared skirt without distorting anywhere it matters.
