About This Item
The DipaliZ Yellow Ducks Pet Bed is a zippered pet bed with a printed 100% polyester top and a 100% cotton underside. Three sizes are offered: 28 by 18, 40 by 30 and 50 by 40 inches. The duckling artwork is original to DipaliZ. A zip closure is the single most useful feature on a pet bed, because the part that gets muddy is the part that comes off. The bed suits cats, small dogs and, in the largest size, big breeds.

The story behind this design
A pet bed is looked down on from standing height and mostly covered by an animal, so the pattern needs to work in fragments. DipaliZ repeated the ducklings at a size that still reads when only a corner is showing, and kept the ground plain so fur does not disappear into a busy field. The mood is cheerful and daft, which suits an object that exists to be slept on.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the yellow ducks pet bed made from?
A: The printed top is 100% polyester and the underside is 100% cotton, as recorded in the product's own material field and tags.
Q: What sizes does the pet bed come in?
A: Three: 28 by 18 inches, 40 by 30 inches and 50 by 40 inches, listed in the size option on this page.
Q: Does the cover come off for washing?
A: The listing records a zip closure on this bed, which is what makes a cover removable. DipaliZ does not record whether the insert is supplied, so that is not claimed here.
Q: Which size suits which pet?
A: The 28 by 18 suits cats and small dogs, the 40 by 30 suits a medium dog, and the 50 by 40 suits a large breed that likes to stretch out.
Care
Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then line dry or tumble dry low. Wash more often than feels necessary if the bed lives near a door, and keep bleach away from the printed panel.
