The story behind this design
Circles of several sizes scatter over a green ground, some solid, some ringed, a few overlapping so the colors mix where they cross. The greens run from a fresh grass tone to a deeper forest, with circles in cream, coral and a bright turquoise. The scale is large enough to survive being stretched over a moving child, which is the practical reason an abstract works better here than a fine repeat.
