The story behind this design
The lizards are drawn flat and graphic, basking with their toes splayed, in greens and sandy yellows that suit a shoe meant for hot ground. They are scattered rather than lined up, so each size of the print lands differently on the footbed. Children tend to look down at their feet more than adults do, and this design rewards that.
