SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DipaliZ products are made to order, which means every item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you.

How long does production take?

All DipaliZ orders are processed and go into production within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Weekends and holidays are excluded from production time.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order ships, delivery across the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. All delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes outside of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge if you need your order sooner.

Do you ship internationally?

DipaliZ currently ships within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your order details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

What if my order is delayed?

If you have not received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@dipaliz.com with your name and order number and we will investigate immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, email support@dipaliz.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle all damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.

What is your return policy?

DipaliZ accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount is refunded minus return shipping costs. For full details, see our Return Policy.
