About This Item
This DipaliZ wrapping paper is a satin-finish gift wrap printed with champagne flutes for New Year celebrations. Two sizes are sold, 28 by 39 inches and 28 by 79 inches, so a single small gift and a stack of them are both covered. Navy and gold carry the design, a pairing that photographs well under party lighting. The paper suits New Year gifts, milestone celebrations and end-of-year thank-you parcels.

The story behind this design
Gold on navy is the oldest trick in celebration design and it still works because navy is dark enough to make metallic tones look lit rather than painted. The flutes here are drawn in outline with bubbles rising out of them, scattered at different angles so the sheet has no obvious top or bottom. That matters on wrapping paper more than on a poster: a parcel gets turned over, and a one-way design always ends up upside down on one face.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What sizes does this wrapping paper come in?
A: Two sheet sizes, 28 by 39 inches and 28 by 79 inches. You choose one at checkout.
Q: What finish is the paper?
A: This DipaliZ gift wrap is printed on a satin-finish paper.
Q: Does the design have a right way up?
A: No. The champagne flutes are scattered at varying angles, so the sheet wraps the same way in any orientation.
Q: Is this only for New Year?
A: The champagne flutes read as celebration generally, so the paper works for milestone birthdays, engagements and anniversaries as well as New Year.
Care
Store the wrapping paper rolled rather than folded and keep it somewhere dry, since damp softens paper and a crease will show through a finished parcel. Cut it with scissors or a craft knife against a straight edge for a clean line.
