About This Item
This DipaliZ journal is a spiral-bound commemorative notebook whose cover sets a classical profile inside a laurel frame, drawn in soft green. One size is offered. Placing a figure at the center is what separates this cover from the plain laurel wreath elsewhere in the range. Spiral binding lets the journal fold back fully, which suits writing in tight spaces. Binding, cover subject and size here come from this listing's own records and options.

The story behind this design
The profile is rendered as a flat silhouette rather than as a modeled face, which keeps it emblematic and stops it reading as a portrait of anyone in particular. Laurel is drawn tight around the head so the two elements lock into one shape. The mood is neoclassical and bookish, the design in this range that looks most like it belongs on a frontispiece.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What does the cover show?
A: A profile portrait framed by laurel, drawn in soft green, marking 250 years.
Q: What size and binding?
A: One size, spiral-bound.
Q: How is this different from the laurel wreath journal?
A: The wreath journal uses an empty laurel ring around the dates. This one places a classical profile inside the laurel, so there is a figure at the center.
Q: Does it work as a travel journal?
A: A spiral journal folds back on itself, which makes it easier to write in on a train or a plane tray than a bound book is.
Care
Keep it dry and store it flat or upright rather than leaning on the spiral. Keep the cover out of long direct sun. A pocket or sleeve protects the corners when the journal travels.
