The story behind this design
Of the three world maps this is the one made for a room where other things are happening. The continents sit in muted ink and sepia with only one warm accent across the whole map, so it works behind a desk without pulling the eye off a screen. Acrylic adds the floating edge, which is why no frame was designed for it: the shadow the panel casts is the frame.
