About This Item
This DipaliZ ornament is a round acrylic Christmas tree decoration printed with a fully decorated tree and finished with a red ribbon. The ornament is 100% acrylic, not glass, so it hangs light and does not break into sharp fragments if it falls. One round size is listed and the ribbon is included, so nothing else is needed to put it on the tree. The surface is glossy, which keeps the printed colors bright under tree lights. It suits households with children or pets, lower branches, and anyone sending a decoration through the post.

The story behind this design
A single tree fills the round field almost edge to edge, so the branches are cropped by the circle rather than floating inside it. Baubles, beads and a star are drawn flat in red, gold and turquoise against deep green needles. Fitting a tall triangular subject into a circle is the whole problem of a round ornament, and here it is solved by letting the tree run off the edges.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Is this ornament glass or acrylic?
A: This DipaliZ ornament is 100% acrylic. DipaliZ also lists Christmas tree ornaments in beveled clear glass as separate products.
Q: What shape and size is the ornament?
A: The ornament is round and is offered in one size.
Q: How does it hang on the tree?
A: It comes with a red ribbon, so it is ready to hang without a separate hook.
Q: Is acrylic a good choice with children or pets in the house?
A: Acrylic is lighter than glass and does not break into sharp fragments, which is why many households prefer it for the lower branches.
Care
Wipe the ornament with a soft dry cloth and store it wrapped in tissue between seasons. Avoid solvents and alcohol-based cleaners, which can cloud acrylic.
