The story behind this design
Paisley at bed scale is a different problem from paisley on a scarf: the motifs have to be large enough to survive being folded and sat on. This DipaliZ print keeps the teardrops generous and spaces them in rows that read clearly across a king-width cover. The palette and the curled forms give it a retro, slightly seventies feel rather than a formal one.
