About This Item
A purple African daisy is the design on this DipaliZ throw pillow, printed across the whole cover rather than as a centred motif. The cover is 100% polyester with a concealed zipper, and the artwork is printed on both sides. Four square sizes are listed, 14, 16, 18 and 20 inches, and the pillow insert is included. The pillow suits a sofa or bed that needs one saturated colour rather than a pattern.

The story behind this design
African daisies open and close with the light, and the drawing catches them open, from directly above, so the petals radiate to the edge of the cover. Purple is the hardest flower colour to print convincingly, which is probably why the surrounding grey is kept flat and cool: it gives the petals somewhere to sit without competing. On the 20-inch size a single bloom fills most of the front.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Is the African daisy printed on both sides of the pillow?
A: Yes. This DipaliZ pillow is double-sided, so the artwork appears on the front and the back and the pillow never has a wrong way round.
Q: Does the pillow come with an insert?
A: Yes. This listing is recorded as including the pillow, so a filled cushion arrives rather than a cover on its own.
Q: What is the pillow cover made from?
A: The cover is 100% polyester with an all-over print and a concealed zipper.
Q: What sizes does the African daisy pillow come in?
A: Four square sizes are offered: 14 by 14, 16 by 16, 18 by 18 and 20 by 20 inches.
Care
Remove the insert and machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or line dry. Do not bleach, and do not iron the printed surface.
