The story behind this design
The lion is caught with jaws open and brows drawn down, and the mane is drawn as long radiating strokes that push right to the edge of the cut. Tawny golds carry the mane while the face is worked in darker umber so the expression stays legible even at the 3 by 4 inch size. There is no background at all — the die line follows the mane, which is what makes it read as an emblem rather than a picture.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What does kiss-cut mean on this sticker?
A: Kiss-cut means the vinyl is cut through to the backing sheet but not through the sheet itself, so the sticker peels away cleanly and a white border remains around the design.
Q: What sizes does the lion sticker come in?
A: Four sizes are offered: 3 by 4 inches, 4 by 6 inches, 6 by 8 inches and 8 by 10 inches.
Q: Can the sticker be used outdoors?
A: The sticker is listed as water resistant, scratch resistant and UV resistant, and for indoor and outdoor use.
Q: Does it leave residue when removed?
A: The adhesive is listed as removable and no-residue, so the sticker is intended to lift off cleanly.
Care
Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface and press from the center outward. Wipe with a damp cloth only; avoid scrubbing the printed face and avoid solvent cleaners.
