About This Item
The DipaliZ Floral Mixing Glass is a 16 oz glass printed with a botanical design. A mixing glass is the vessel a cocktail is stirred in before it is strained, and it works equally as a tall glass for iced drinks at a garden party. This listing sells the glass alone, with no lid or straw. The capacity and the glass body are taken from this listing's own product record.

The story behind this design
Because a mixing glass is seen full and in motion, this design was drawn to survive being looked through rather than at: heavy stems and dark leaf masses at the base, thinning to fine flowers near the rim, so the pattern reads even when the glass holds something dark. The palette is garden colors, deep green with white and a single soft yellow, and nothing is outlined.
Frequently asked questions
Q: How much does the DipaliZ floral mixing glass hold?
A: The glass holds 16 oz, which is the only size offered on this listing.
Q: What is a mixing glass used for?
A: A mixing glass is used to stir a cocktail before it is poured, and it doubles as a tall glass for iced drinks.
Q: What is this glass made of?
A: The body is glass, so the printed botanical design is seen against whatever is in the glass.
Q: How does this differ from the DipaliZ can shaped glasses?
A: This is a 16 oz mixing glass for a home bar, sold without a lid. The can shaped glasses are also 16 oz but are offered with a lid and straw.
Care
Wash by hand with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive scourers, which dull both the glass and the print. Do not move the glass straight from a cold surface to boiling liquid, and keep it off direct heat.
