About This Item
The DipaliZ Pink Wildflower blanket is a velveteen plush throw printed with an original vintage wildflower design. The velveteen surface gives the print a slight sheen that a flat weave does not. Three sizes are offered: 30 by 40 inches, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches, the largest big enough to cover a double bed. Sizes come from this listing’s own options.

The story behind this design
This wildflower design is the brightest of the DipaliZ vintage florals: the pinks are pushed harder and the blooms are packed closer than in the rose patterns. Stems cross at loose angles with no visible tile. Velveteen catches light along the pile, so the same print looks warmer here than it would on a flat cotton.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What sizes does this blanket come in?
A: The Pink Wildflower velveteen blanket is offered in 30 by 40 inches, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches.
Q: What does velveteen feel like?
A: Velveteen has a short, dense pile with a soft hand and a slight sheen, which is what gives this blanket a warmer look than a flat woven throw.
Q: Which size covers a bed?
A: The 60 by 80 inch size is the one that covers a double bed. The 30 by 40 inch size is a lap throw and the 50 by 60 sits well over a sofa arm.
Q: What does the design show?
A: The design shows densely packed pink wildflowers with crossing stems, in a brighter palette than the DipaliZ vintage rose prints.
Care
Machine wash the blanket cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors and tumble dry on low, or lay it flat to dry. Do not bleach. Avoid fabric softener, which flattens a pile over time. Shaking it out while damp helps the velveteen stand back up.
