About This Item
The DipaliZ Foliage Area Rug is a printed floor rug made from 100% polyester chenille. The artwork is a retro leaf pattern in muted tones, printed flat across the whole surface. The rug is offered in six sizes, from 24 by 36 inches up to 72 by 48 inches, in both portrait and landscape orientations, with hemmed edges and a coated backing. It suits a hallway, a bedside or a desk area where a patterned floor does more work than a plain one.

The story behind this design
Muted is a deliberate choice on a floor. A rug is seen at an angle and usually half covered by furniture, so a high-contrast pattern fragments into noise; this one keeps its leaves close in tone to their background and lets shape rather than colour carry the design. The palette leans olive, clay and dusty gold, which is why it reads as retro rather than seasonal.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the DipaliZ foliage area rug made from?
A: 100% polyester chenille, with a coated backing and hemmed edges.
Q: What sizes and orientations are available?
A: Six: 24x36, 36x24, 36x60, 48x72, 60x36 and 72x48 inches. Each size is offered in both a portrait and a landscape orientation, so the artwork runs the way your room does.
Q: Why does the backing matter?
A: The coated backing keeps the rug lying flat rather than rucking up, which is what a printed flat-lay design needs to stay readable.
Q: Is this an autumn rug?
A: The palette is retro and muted rather than specifically autumnal, so the rug reads as a year-round leaf pattern rather than a seasonal decoration.
