The story behind this design
The mane is built from long overlapping strokes that radiate outward, so the lion reads as movement before it reads as an animal. Eyes and muzzle are drawn sparingly, which keeps the portrait calm rather than aggressive despite the wording. On Soft Cream and White the linework carries a warm sand tone, while on Black and Steel Blue the same strokes hold their shape against a much deeper ground.
