The story behind this design
Undyed canvas is an unusually good ground for this emblem, because the warm cream takes the spectrum without the cold cast a white garment gives it. The loop is scaled to sit in the upper third of the panel, above where the bag folds when it is carried loaded, so the symbol stays readable in use rather than only on a hanger. Everything else on the bag is left blank.
