The story behind this design
Three words is a slogan and slogans go stale fast, so the drawing does the softening: the letters are wide, low-contrast and slightly irregular, closer to chalk on a studio wall than to a motivational poster. There is no sun, no wave and no lotus anywhere on the lid. On black the pale type reads cleanly from across a staff room, which is where the phrase earns its keep.
