DipaliZ Fingerprint Gaming Mouse Pad Rubber Base

The DipaliZ Fingerprint mouse pad measures 9.5 by 8 inches and is made in one size. It has a non-slip rubber base so it stays put under a fast mouse. The design is a fingerprint motif in black and white. At this size it is a desk-tidy mouse pad rather than an extended mat, so it suits a laptop setup or a shared desk.

The story behind this design

A fingerprint is the one graphic that is genuinely about the person using the desk. Rendered in black and white it reads as a set of concentric ridges, closer to a topographic map than to forensic evidence, and it works at this size precisely because the pattern has no top or bottom. Turn the pad around and the design is unchanged.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How big is this mouse pad?
A: It measures 9.5 by 8 inches, and that is the only size offered.

Q: Will it slide around on the desk?
A: The base is a non-slip rubber, which is what holds it in place during fast movement.

Q: What colors is the design?
A: The fingerprint motif is printed in black and white.

Q: How does this differ from the DipaliZ abstract fingerprint mouse pad?
A: This one is black and white in a fixed 9.5 by 8 inch rectangle; the abstract version is a colorful design offered in either a rectangle or a round shape.

Care

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it dry flat. Do not machine wash the pad or soak the rubber base.
