The story behind this design
One continuous line does all the work in this drawing. The vine starts thin, thickens as leaves branch off it, then tapers again as it curls back to meet itself at the point of the heart, so the shape looks grown rather than drawn. Leaf green carries most of the image with only a few small blooms breaking into pink, which keeps it legible on both the pale and the Ash grounds.
