The story behind this design
The foxes are stylised down to a few essential shapes, a pointed muzzle, a triangular ear and a tail nearly as long as the body, curled into a comma. They are set among sprigs of leaves and small berry clusters, with some animals sitting and others mid-trot so the repeat stays lively. Rust and burnt sienna do the heavy lifting, warmed further by a cream ground and cooled slightly by muted olive foliage.
