About This Item
This DipaliZ listing is a roll of gift wrapping paper in a satin finish. The paper comes in two roll sizes, 28 by 39 inches and 28 by 79 inches. The design shows maple leaves lit from behind in amber, ochre and burnt orange, so the leaves read as glowing against a warm ground. The paper suits autumn birthdays, Thanksgiving gifts and hostess presents through the harvest season. Roll sizes and the satin finish are taken from this listing's own size and paper options.

The story behind this design
The design started from the moment a maple leaf is held up to low sun and the veins turn into a lit skeleton. Each leaf is drawn twice over, once in solid ochre and once in a thinner burnt orange offset slightly, which gives the edges the halo that low autumn light produces. Amber fills the gaps between leaves so the sheet never reads as empty paper.
