The story behind this design
Two reds carry this pattern: a bright pillarbox red on the larger baubles and a deeper brick red on the smaller ones, so the repeat has depth instead of sitting flat. Six-point snowflakes in white fill the spaces between, spaced widely enough that the paper still reads as red from across a room. It is the straightforwardly festive half of the DipaliZ ornament wrap pairing, where the vintage sheet is the muted one.
Frequently asked questions
Q: How long are the sheets of this red bauble gift wrap?
A: Three lengths are sold, all 29 inches wide: 29 by 20 inches, 29 by 72 inches and 29 by 144 inches.
Q: Should I choose matte or satin paper?
A: Matte paper keeps the reds deep and flat with no shine. Satin paper adds a light sheen that catches the light on a wrapped parcel.
Q: How does this differ from the DipaliZ vintage glass ornament wrap?
A: This design uses classic red baubles set among snowflakes. The vintage glass ornament wrap uses muted gold and green baubles with holly and berries instead.
Q: Can this wrap be used for gifts other than Christmas presents?
A: Yes. The red and white palette works for winter birthdays and midwinter parties as well as Christmas gifts.
Care
Keep spare sheets flat or loosely rolled somewhere dry and out of direct sun, so the paper stays crisp and the reds do not fade. Score folds with a bone folder or the back of a spoon for sharp corners.
