About This Item
The DipaliZ Cozy Floral Velveteen Plush Blanket is a soft throw printed with a floral design on a short velveteen nap. Three sizes are listed, from 30 by 40 inches to 60 by 80 inches, so the same design covers a lap, a couch or a bed. The design sits on the face and the reverse is plain plush. It is a blanket bought for snuggling rather than for styling.

The story behind this design
Plush blankets flatten fine detail, so a design built from thin lines disappears into the pile within a wash or two. This floral is drawn with solid shapes and generous spacing for that reason: the blooms stay legible as the nap moves. It is a design made for the material rather than dropped onto it.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What sizes does this plush blanket come in?
A: Three sizes are listed: 30 by 40 inches, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches.
Q: Is this suitable for a child's room?
A: The 30 by 40 inch size is the one usually chosen for a child's bed or a stroller. The larger sizes suit an adult on a couch.
Q: What does velveteen plush feel like?
A: Velveteen has a short dense nap, so the blanket feels smooth in one direction and slightly brushed in the other.
Q: Is the floral design on both sides?
A: The floral artwork is carried on the face of the blanket. The reverse is plain plush.
