About This Item
The DipaliZ animal faces baby blanket is a printed fleece blanket for a nursery. It is made in one size, 30 inches by 40 inches, on a white fleece base. Animals appear as faces only, drawn looking straight out, and repeat evenly across the blanket. Babies who are learning to track a face, and parents after a gender neutral crib or stroller blanket, are who it is drawn for.

The story behind this design
Infants find faces before they find anything else, which is the whole reason this design crops the animals at the neck. Each face is built around two clear eyes and a simple nose, and the ears are what distinguish a bear from a bunny from a fox. The pastels are kept close in tone so no single animal pulls focus from the rest of the repeat.
