The story behind this design
Decorated eggs and small sitting rabbits are spaced across the cloth in an open scatter, so the white ground does as much work as the motifs. The palette is pastel: shell pink, butter yellow and a soft mint that keeps the eggs from reading as plastic. The mood is gentle and spring-morning rather than loud holiday novelty.
