DipaliZ Flamingo Placemat Tropical Table Decor Gift

The DipaliZ Flamingo placemat is a printed table mat measuring 18 by 14 inches, carrying a tropical flamingo design. One mat covers a single place setting on a dining or garden table. A flamingo print is one of the few table designs that works outdoors without looking out of place, which is why it turns up at garden parties. This placemat suits summer dining, beach houses and anyone who already owns the matching napkins. The dimensions are taken from this placemat's own size option.

The story behind this design

At placemat scale a flamingo can be drawn nearly life-size in the head and neck, which none of the smaller items in this range allow. The design takes that opportunity: one bird dominates, with palm fronds filling behind it rather than crowding alongside. Coral pink against deep tropical green is the whole palette, and it does not need a third color.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What size is the Flamingo placemat?
A: The placemat measures 18 by 14 inches.

Q: Is the placemat machine washable?
A: Yes, on a cold gentle cycle.

Q: Does this match the DipaliZ flamingo napkins?
A: They share the flamingo theme. The placemat shows one large bird with palm fronds behind, while the napkins use smaller repeated birds.

Care

Machine wash the placemat cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or lay it flat to dry. Iron on a low setting from the reverse if it needs pressing. Wipe crumbs off before washing and treat food marks while they are fresh; a placemat takes more direct spillage than any other table linen.
