The story behind this design
The artwork is a scattered botanical study: open flower heads in warm pinks and soft yellows, thin green stems that run off the edge of the print, and plenty of clear glass left between them so the pattern breathes. Printing it on glass rather than ceramic lets the daylight through the petals, which is why the palette was kept light. The mood is a kitchen windowsill in late spring.
