DipaliZ Geometric Gold Spiral Notebook Dark Cover

Gold geometric line art runs across the dark cover of this DipaliZ spiral notebook. The drawing is minimal, built from straight lines and open shapes rather than filled forms. The pages are ruled, and the spiral binding lets the notebook fold fully back on itself. It is sold in one size and suits office notes, planning and study.

The story behind this design

Black and gold is an easy pairing to overdo, so this cover keeps almost everything out: a handful of intersecting lines, a few open circles and triangles, and a great deal of empty dark ground between them. No shape is closed with fill, which means the gold never gathers into a mass and the cover stays quiet enough to carry into a meeting. The restraint is what makes it read as considered rather than decorative.
