About This Item
The DipaliZ Fall Foliage Matte Canvas is a vertical wall piece filled with autumn leaves in yellow and orange. The canvas is stretched over a pine wood frame 0.75 inches deep and ships with hanging hardware included. Seven portrait sizes are offered, from 8 by 10 inches to 16 by 24 inches, which keeps this piece in the range that suits gallery walls and smaller rooms. The matte surface reduces reflection, so the color stays true under lamplight.

The story behind this design
This piece pushes right into the canopy: leaves fill the frame edge to edge, with only fragments of branch and sky visible between them. Yellow dominates, warmed through with orange where the light catches and cooled at the edges where leaves fall into shade. Because there is no horizon and no ground, the image reads almost as pattern, which makes it hang comfortably beside abstract work as well as landscapes.
