DipaliZ Butterfly Hardcover Journal - Fsc-certified Paper

This DipaliZ journal is a matte hardcover notebook with a tropical butterfly set among botanical foliage. One size is offered. A matte board does not show fingerprints the way a gloss laminate does, which matters on a journal that is handled daily. The foliage holds as much of the cover as the butterfly, keeping the design botanical rather than entomological. The finish, binding and size here are read from this listing's own records.

The story behind this design

Leaves are layered in several depths behind the butterfly, so the insect appears to sit within the planting rather than on top of a backdrop. Greens are kept close to natural rather than heightened, which is what makes this the quieter of the two tropical butterfly covers. The mood is observed and botanical, closer to a field notebook than to a decorative print.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What is the cover finish?
A: Matte. The journal is a matte hardcover rather than a gloss one.

Q: What does the cover show?
A: A tropical butterfly set among botanical foliage.

Q: What size is offered?
A: One size.

Q: How does this differ from the vibrant tropical butterfly journal?
A: Both are matte hardcovers with a tropical butterfly. This one keeps the foliage prominent and the palette closer to natural greens; the vibrant version pushes the butterfly forward in stronger color.

Care

Keep the journal dry so the boards stay flat. Store it upright. Wipe a matte cover with a dry cloth only, as moisture can leave a mark on an uncoated finish.
