The story behind this design
Camouflage was designed to break up an outline, which is exactly the opposite of what most printed legwear is trying to do, and this version splits the difference. The patches are kept mid-sized and the greens held close together in value, from a dull olive through a deeper moss, so the pattern softens the leg without erasing its shape. There is no black in it, which is what keeps the print from looking like surplus and lets it sit as a neutral.
