About This Item
The DipaliZ Watercolor Dog Kindle Case is a printed e-reader back cover carrying a dog, a heart and scattered paw prints. The dog is painted in loose watercolor washes rather than drawn in outline, with the color allowed to bleed past the edges. The listing covers one device size, the Colorsoft and Paperwhite 7-inch 12th generation, 2024 to 2025. It is the only cover in the DipaliZ Kindle range built around an animal portrait rather than a pattern.

The story behind this design
Watercolor is a risky choice for a small printed surface, because the soft edges that make it appealing on paper can turn to mush when reduced. This design keeps it readable by holding the dog's eyes and nose in a darker, tighter wash while letting the coat and ears dissolve. The heart and the paw prints are left as flat shapes, which gives the eye something firm to land on and keeps the whole thing from floating.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Which device does the DipaliZ Watercolor Dog Kindle Case fit?
A: It is made for the Colorsoft and Paperwhite 7-inch 12th generation, 2024 to 2025, the only size the listing offers.
Q: What is in the design?
A: A dog painted in watercolor washes, a heart, and paw prints scattered around them.
Q: How is it different from the other DipaliZ Kindle cases?
A: This is the only one with an animal portrait. The others in the family are patterns: flamingos, pink roses, a botanical vine and daffodil wildflowers.
Q: Is it a good gift for a dog owner who reads?
A: That is exactly the overlap it is made for, provided they have the matching device.
Q: Is the artwork printed on the back?
A: Yes, the design sits on the outside face of the cover.
Care
Wipe the case with a soft dry cloth, or very slightly damp for marks, and dry it before putting the device back. Avoid solvents, alcohol wipes and abrasive cloths.
