DipaliZ Return Policy: Order Returns and Cancellations
You can return any goods you purchase in accordance with our return policy. Because our products are unique and produced only after an order is placed, we take great care in manufacturing your order.
In the event of a defective product or manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide photo evidence of the issue.
For lost packages, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims due to our error will be covered at our expense.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Methods
1. Self-Serve Returns: This is for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled. Click the link, enter your email, and you'll receive a six-digit verification code to access your account and submit a return request. Note that Self-Serve Returns do not support exchanges.
2. Contact Customer Service: You can also email us at support@dipaliz.com. We will provide the return address after you contact us. Be sure to send clear, well-lit photos showing the problem to help us determine the best solution.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to address the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The best way to get what you want is to return the original item and then place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are not supported through Self-Serve Returns.
Order Cancellation
You may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet gone into production. Production can start shortly after you place the order, so timing is critical.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons such as:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, banks and credit card companies may take some time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@dipaliz.com.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
There might be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Shipping Fees
Domestic shipping will be calculated at checkout. If a customer wishes to expedite shipping through another carrier and or service, additional charges will apply.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@dipaliz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you and let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@dipaliz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
