DipaliZ Mouse Pad Space Design Non-slip Rubber Base

The DipaliZ space mouse pad has a soft polyester surface on a natural rubber base. This mouse pad measures 8.7 by 7.1 by 0.12 inches and has rounded edges. The rubber base is non-slip, so the pad stays where it is put. The artwork is a space scene with planets, Saturn among them. Sizes and materials here are taken from this product's own specification.

The story behind this design

Planets hang at different depths against a dark field, with Saturn and its rings set slightly off-center. The palette is deep blue and near-black with warm highlights on the planet surfaces, so the pad disappears under a lit screen. Space is the one subject where a dark mouse pad makes sense, and this design uses the whole surface for it.
