The story behind this design
The design leans on one joke and commits to it: a stage microphone, drawn plain and recognisable, sitting under the warning don’t let the beat drop. The lettering does the heavy lifting, set in a bold hand that reads across a rehearsal room, while the mic anchors the composition so the sticker is not pure text. The tone is deadpan rather than loud, which is why the piece works as well on a laptop lid as it does on a flight case.
