Shipping Options
Rapid Delivery
Get ready for the speediest delivery ever! All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order sets sail, you will be promptly notified so you can eagerly track its journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Fees
Domestic shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. If you desire expedited shipping through another carrier, additional charges may apply. Please bear in mind that the delivery times provided are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control.
Check Your Order Status
Once your order ships, an email with a tracking number will be sent for you to monitor its progress. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available so you can stay updated on your order's whereabouts.
International Delivery
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Nevertheless, we are consistently exploring new opportunities to expand our reach and bring our exclusive, one-of-a-kind designer clothing to customers worldwide.
Delayed Orders?
If your order experiences delays and hasn't reached you within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, don't fret! Reach out to us at support@dipaliz.com with your name and order number. We'll promptly investigate the issue and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. In the event of damaged items upon arrival, simply contact us at support@dipaliz.com with your order number and a photo for immediate assistance.

Easy 30-Day Return Policy and Process
Dipaliz Return Policy: Order Returns and Cancellations
You can return any goods you purchase in accordance with our return policy. Because our products are unique and produced only after an order is placed, we take great care in manufacturing your order.
In the event of a defective product or manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide photo evidence of the issue.
For lost packages, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims due to our error will be covered at our expense.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Methods
1. Self-Serve Returns: This is for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled. Click the link, enter your email, and you'll receive a six-digit verification code to access your account and submit a return request. Note that Self-Serve Returns do not support exchanges.
2. Contact Customer Service: You can also email us at support@dipaliz.com. We will provide the return address after you contact us. Be sure to send clear, well-lit photos showing the problem to help us determine the best solution.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to address the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The best way to get what you want is to return the original item and then place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are not supported through Self-Serve Returns.
Order Cancellation
You may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet gone into production. Production can start shortly after you place the order, so timing is critical.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons such as:
- Goods availability
- Errors in your order
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, banks and credit card companies may take some time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@dipaliz.com.
